Sales from comfortex are for trade accounts only, sales to the general public are only done via our factory shop and via selected items we sometimes offer for sale on Ebay.

Comfortex is a bulk manufacturer most of our products are made on automated CNC cutting machines and therefore we do not make bespoke components and small quantity orders as a general rule.

We do have a selection of cold cure seating moulds which we own and cushions can be supplied in to these sizes without the custome having to buy a mould tool specifically for the size of their cushion.

For ebay questions please contact us via the contact seller option on the ebay listing as our sales staff in the factory do not deal with the running of the items on ebay.

Factory Shop opening times are

• 9.30 to 4.30 Monday
• Closed Tuesday
• 9.30 to 4.30 Wednesday
• 9.30 to 4.30 Thursday
• 9.30 to 4.30 Friday
• 9.30 to 12.00 Saturday
• Closed Sunday

The factory shop entrance is at the front of the factory to the right, directly opposite dunbar street,  the main reception does not lead to the shop.

the shop sells beds mattresses pillows and toppers, in addition our acoustic foam is also sold direct to the public via the shop.
